DELIVERY AREAS: MAINLAND SPAIN AND BALEARIC ISLANDS
Currently, Perfumes World Online offers deliveries throughout the Spanish mainland territory and also to the Balearic Islands. Our provider is CORREOS.

DELIVERY COST
Costs are set by default for shipments of up to 1kg per batch. For orders under €100, the shipping cost is a maximum of €6.
€3 cost for shipments within the province of Malaga (Zone 1)
€4 cost for shipments to Cadiz, Cordoba, Granada, and Seville (Zone 2)
€5 cost for shipments to the rest of the intra-peninsular zones (Zone 3 and 3+)
€6 cost for shipments to the Balearic Islands (Zone 4)
FREE SHIPPING FOR PURCHASES OVER €100
For purchases over €100, you will enjoy the shipping service completely free. You just need to create an account to register in the Customer Area. With your customer account, you can track the progress of your shipment, as well as conveniently manage any changes or incidents, save your preferences, or view your previous purchases.
Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, except holidays. The provider reserves 24 business hours to process orders, and in any case, orders will be attended to from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 14:00, Spanish time zone. You will be provided with the tracking number for each order at the time of shipment, which will be available in your Customer Area. The package will be delivered to the address indicated on the box in the dedicated field. In case of absence at the time of delivery, you will be notified, and there will be a second attempt. It remains your responsibility to ensure the collection of your order. Perfumes World Online assumes no responsibility for failure to collect the merchandise. CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel your order and receive a full refund as long as your purchase has not been shipped. Once shipped, you can return your order, only starting from the moment you have received it. And you can manage the return from your Customer Area. The reshipping cost will be at your expense.
RETURN POLICY
If the product is not returned intact, both in its packaging and its content, the return will not be accepted. Perfumes World Online will certify:
1) the absence of external or internal packaging
2) the absence of integral parts of the product or merchandise
3) any damage caused to the product
Products can be returned for a refund up to 14 days after you have received the order. Shipping costs will be at your expense. To receive a full refund, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging and undamaged, including the unopened cellophane wrapping.
STEPS TO FOLLOW IN CASE OF RETURN
1) contact through the Customer Area of the website. This is the most recommended way. You can also do it through our email info@perfumesworldonline.es or on our Customer Service mobile: +34 624574176.
2) package your order under the same conditions as you received it. We will send a CORREOS courier to your address to collect the order. You will bear the direct cost of returning the products.
3) once the merchandise is received in our warehouses, and after checking its condition, the refund of your amount will be processed in accordance with the terms established in RDL 1/2007, according to the payment method made by you.
